Kristen Caples

Kristen Caples supports Epsilon’s marketing technology strategy practice, focusing on marketing technology solution strategy and technology enablement. Kristen has five years of experience with: email execution, data management, process optimization, and global B2B and B2C campaign development and execution. Kristen joins Epsilon from Merkle’s technology strategy team where she assisted consulting engagements focused on the design and development of omni-channel technology platforms and marketing programs through the lens of MarTech enablement. Prior to that, Kristen worked on marketing technology implementations at Harte Hanks and Webroot. Kristen has a BS in International Business and Economics from the University of Vermont.
